Operation Dead End
<p>I was contacted by someone who was on a petition drive to get someone out of jail who was a victim of Operation Dead Head, and still in jail over 20 year,looks like a life sentence. I wasn't aware of the Dead Head Operation, which is still ongoing. I'm not sympathetic to drug dealers, and would normally get involved in this type of effort, but there are aspects of this that I'm interested in, from a legal standpoint. What was the Dead's involvement ? It was long rumored that Garcia was a informant....</p>
