The California Dreamin’ and Cal Soleil show is a vast and complex one, which calls for hundreds of employees to play many individually different roles. To provide the “magic” of our show to guests requires carefully integrated efforts of all these varied talents and responsibilities.

Walt Disney once said, “You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world, but it requires people to make the dream a reality." Our goal is to ensure our team—our people—at every level at California Dreamin’ and Cal Soleil become the vital, differentiating, component to our show.

Our founding leadership team has extensive experience, both domestically and internationally, creating world-class theme show adventures and special events. And, as found in the Walt Disey quote, the leadership team embraces a key factor vital to success; the human factor.

As the basis for our continued success, the human factor will be emphasized in the following three basic goals supporting our Organizational Culture:

1) Hiring people, at all organizational levels, who embrace the California Dreamin’ and Cal Soleil mission and values vital for creating magical experiences … for fellow employees, and for our guests.

2) Providing ongoing training, education and development for our employees.
