Tom Anastassiou

Tom Anastassiou is a finance professional bringing over 20 years of experience in representing clients as an investment banker and consultant on financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. He has advised public and private companies, creditors, and financial sponsors and has executed transactions in excess of $20 billion. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his J.D. from Northwestern University.
