I have no skills as a Telepath and I will not communicate in this manner as it is un-natural. GOD and Goddess gave us eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and hands that can dial a phone;

but you cannot communicate with me that way because my last known phone number is now being answered by Michael Tsarion, who raped me. Members of his cult are impersonating me to everyone and anyone. I am a victim of Identity Theft.

No matter how many times I tell people that I am NOT telepathic (I AM an EMPATH...I channel peoples FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS), I CANNOT make out telepathic CHATTER. I might as well be listening to some foreign language. Yet people STILL try to talk to me this way. I can pick out a word or phrase now and then but I cannot distinguish voices or who is on the other end. This is satanic bullshit that must be ended permanently, as soon as possible, as far as I am concerned. I look forward to the day that the National Guard comes riding through Oak Creek, Wisconsin, so I can get my vehicle, my home in Menomonee Falls, WI, and all my worldly possessions (that were stolen from me) BACK. I AM currently being prevented from Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and my Constitutional Rights by the Oak Creek, WI LEOs, the City of Franklin, WI LEOs and their mayor Nelson, and my criminal family members (notably my brothers and sister and sperm-donor) after officer Lentz threatened to push me out in front of an oncoming vehicle. I AM praying that President Trump is made aware of the need for the National Guard in Milwaukee county and the state of Wisconsin (due to the devastation created by Evers). rk.

There is a rumor that I have or will have access to millions of dollars via the QFS system. How does 47 propose to make Nesara/Gesara successful if Remote vierwers are able to read over the shoulders of the humans they have invaded as Pathogenic (archonic) forces?

This is what many of the perpetrators are after, especially my criminal family members who have already confessed to wanting to kill my service dogs, and bury me alive in an unmarked grave. I have long ago notified my bank of the identity theft that surrounds me and about the attempts to steal my social security deposits. I have published my intention to build/create a non-profit/charitable organization called Love Barn which will assist childless women with pets who are survivors of domestic abuse. I would like to start it with female Veterans of the United States Armed Services. I have previously published a method to receive donations for Love Barn. Because the United States Postal Service has stopped sending my mail and possibly the mail of other entities, I AM putting a hold on my requests for donations and formally requesting an investigation of potential missing donation funds and the current practices of banking AND the Post Office. If anyone donated to Love Barn c/o Rosann Kohnke, M.A., they deserve to know what happened to their donation. Certain criminals are attempting to convince potential rescuers that I am crazy and that their horrific crimes against me (including MKUltra) are not true. My continued research strongly suggests that mass hypnosis, mind control, spiritual rape, 5G+ interfering with human brain waves is VERY REAL and very dangerous. These satanic techniques (and possibly masonic) have been ocurring for centuries. As of this date, I am still homeless and confined (as my own need for safety around other people) due to verbal threats by L.E.O. Lentz (from either Oak Creek PD or the city of Franklin PD) that he plans to push me (my body) into oncoming traffic. He knows that I took videos of him trying to pull me out of my vehicle and threatens to destroy my evidence. L.E.O. Scott Sadowski appears to be part of the criminal haunting and telepathic abuse that I continue to endure for reporting Fraud, Elder Abuse, and HIPAA violations AGAINST Meridian Group Inc. and Pioneer Place Building One (staff and residents) in Poynette, Wisconsin. rk.

If you cannot be bothered to read the detailed documentation that supports my truthful, written testimony, please do not contact me or law enforcement. Additionally, since the people who gang raped me included numerous uniformed police and sheriffs from several counties in the state of Wisconsin – DO NOT call them as a means to pass the buck/responsibility to assist me in any way. I have severe panic attacks caused by these gang rapes and I will not hesitate to file a civil rights lawsuit against anyone who send this type of authoritarian to continue to harass me. As of the date of this memo, I continue to be threatened by law enforcement, criminal family members, Meridian Group Inc staff, Kent Lovern, David Crowley, the residents of Pioneer Place Building One in Poynette, WI, and Michael Tsarion and his satanic cult and Mayor Nelson of the City of Franklin, WI, law enforcement of Columbia County, Wisconsin, law enforcement of the city of Franklin, Wisconsin, and law enforcement of Oak Creek, Wisconsin who have threatened my life and the lives of my service dogs. I have tangible evidence of the crimes committed against me and the perpetrators know this and the location of same. Yet my WHISTLEBLOWER status has yet to be honored. I am again requesting Whistleblower protection because the Columbia County and Milwaukee Count law enforcement is once again attempting to obtain the tangible evidence I have accumulated that supports my assertions that they have threatened my life. Keep in mind that no efforts have been made to investigate my stolen vehicle, my stolen possessions, which to my knowledge were last in the possession of Columbia County law enforcement (Pierce?).

I asked the little Native American woman that I met not long ago if she knew of anyone able to deal with demonic possession to send him my way. I do not know where the demons are but I do know that a Native American Shaman can FIND AND ELIMINATE them. She agreed to do so. I told her face to face that the DMV took my $180+ and never did what I asked in their computer or gave me my stickers for my plates, since I paid in cash. She shared with me two or three similar experiences involving paying in cash, where the employee kept the cash. It won’t matter if the money is Rainbow colored if people are doing this to those of us who do not trust the credit card system of purchasing. If you have cash-in-hand, you know what you can afford to purchase. If you do not keep track of how much you have, you can easily go into debt and turn to illegal activities for your own personal gain.

As of January 14, 2026, to the best of my knowledge (being homeless and without a phone, address, and vehicle with a defective heater), NOT ONE INVESTIGATIVE AGENCY HAS BOTHERED TO INVESTIGATE MY TESTIMONIES, NOT ONE! rk.
