Scope: Provide acquisition, technical, operational, and management guidance, to support DHA J-6 Chief Information Office to strengthen its hardware and software acquisition processes, systems engineering and integration posture. In addition, the contractor shall provide complex enterprise acquisitions and analytics, technical oversight, guidance, performance management, governance, change management, and monitoring of the development, integration, implementation, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of integrated solutions that support longitudinal health record process from the time the service member transitions from DOD to VA and beyond through a unified EHR system. The EHR Genesis initiative has a phased multi-year approach. While transitioning the MTFs under DHA authority, direction, and control, these multiple initiatives are dependent on a partnership with J-6 support.
