Qumra Capital, an Israel-based growth stage fund, led the Series C round and was joined by existing investors Norwest Venture Partners, Spark Capital, SoftBank, Compound Ventures, and FirstTime
The pro-forma enterprise value of the transaction is approximately $1.4 billion, including a 300 million fully committed PIPE anchored by leading investors, including the Federated Hermes Kaufmann Funds, Jennison Associates, Woodline Partners and healthcare alternatives investor Deerfield.
