The DHA intends to replace the current IT system, Centralized Credentials Quality and Assurance System (CCQAS) – a 20-year-old Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) solution that provides four functions – Credentialing, Privileging, Healthcare Risk Management (HRM), and tracking Potentially Compensable Events (PCE).
