1994-12-22: First Home Added to Cheney Historic Register

The City of Cheney has its first property named to the Cheney Rgister of Historic Places. The official vote came at last week's City Council meeting where the property at 24 Scond Street was unanimously approved by the council. The house is presently owned by Marion Heyer and has been in her family since 1893.
