<p>The COAG Energy Council, in addition to its project on energy storage systems, should develop a data collection framework (or other mechanism) to provide static and real-time data for all forms of distributed energy resources at a suitable level of aggregation.</p>

<p>The project should be completed by mid-2018.</p>
