4x6 inch Index Cards

Concept:

The old standard library index card is still an efficient way to archive items and they provide a convenient inventory tracking system -- so long as the cards don’t go missing! Unfortunately my printer doesn’t accomodate the pre-cut cards so I may end up with a mix of printed cards and cards with hand-entered data.

Criteria:

These cards will focus on an individual item, tool or set-up. A List of Contents will be linked to a specific Container and/or its Location. Specific Details of each item, tool, or resource will be recorded on Index Cards. The Goal is to avoid creating overlapping records and generating redundant work.
