The output from a structured approach to problem solving whereby the consumer scenario, problem, the analysis of the impact and causes, recommended corrective actions, and the action plan are described on a single sheet of A3 sized paper. Also an abbreviation for ‘anytime, anywhere, anyplace’ with respect to a service level requirement.
