SMO-MGR: Program Manager

<p>The Service Management Program Manager is responsible for the Service Management Office function. &nbsp;The role provides executive level jurisdiction and governance over all service management office roles, responsibilities, scope of operation, day-to-day activities and the general operation of the SMO. &nbsp;</p>

The role participates in the design of the practices policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as authorization of their use.</p>

<p>

The role is also responsible for the Service Owner and Service manager role allocations and operations management.</p>
