Statement of Scope

<p>The ‘statement of scope’ is written and published by senior executive roles, and by default should include the entire portfolio of services and their related operational and provisioning activities. &nbsp;Any exclusion must be specifically stated and authorized by executive levels of management. &nbsp;This statement should supplement and provide operational boundaries for the SMO charter. &nbsp;

Alternatively, one or more statements of scope can be created to address the specific needs of a customer community, or operational area, as authorized by the Advisory Board.</p>
