PLANE DECK RETROFIT

• PURPOSE

The PlaneDeck retrofit provides a pathway to upgrade older Gulfstream models (GIV, GIV-SP, GV, G300, and G400) with modern avionics capabilities.

• Key Components:

It replaces six cathode-ray-tube displays with Honeywell DU-885 liquid-crystal displays and adds features like XM weather, electronic charts, and video display.

• Modern Capabilities:

PlaneDeck also enables capabilities such as WAAS LPV approaches, Required Navigation Performance (RNP), ADS-B In, and FANS 1/A datalink.

• Installation:

The retrofit is completed at Gulfstream-authorized service centers, including Jet Aviation facilities, and takes approximately 10 to 12 business days.
