Brief

This is, in itself going to be an interesting challenge. There is no doubt that these people exist in Bulgaria, or even outside Bulgaria and want to move here to engage in a program such as this.

Building a profile of charecteristics and competencies is one of the fundimental starting blocks we need to put on ‘the list’ together with potential sources and of course what is offered as conditions of involvement, development and financials.

At the moment and in my view, we have the beginnings of a team.

From within our joint organizations we have in role at least ( putting aside willingness ) advanced levels of administrative experience and project development / management, practitioners in mentoring, design specialists, superb links into the education system at all levels.
