After the Astor Place Riot, the outcry from the public was so massive, as we covered, a gathering of 20 – 30k men and women were corralled into one spot of Manhattan, to be told sweet nothings by Big Daddy Government, and the Irish Mob. The modern equivalent of Gavin Newsom holding a press conference to let you know exactly how retarded he thinks you are. Explaining how, through some sort of fairy fart magic and silly mishaps the reservoir intended for the sole use of putting out fires in the exact area hundreds of houses burnt down, was empty. A sort of precursor to the tragic event. A kin to how Washington Irving scalped tickets to gang members from the Five Points, Manhattan in hopes of raising the tensions between classes to a head to cause the Astor Place Riot, and finally be rid of the rabble once and for all. A task he and his help Isaiah Rynders, an affiliate with the Irish Mob, and speaker to the crowd of many thousands, accomplished seemingly without a hitch. Then, just like now, these puppets didn’t “orchestrate” the tragic events that cost dozens of civilian lives, but they sure as fuck didn’t, not “orchestrate” them either. Just happy nudges in the right direction, and a lot of faith in tribal instincts.
