So many failures in this area&nbsp;&nbsp; But one of the areas - the breakdown in what used to be the "responsible establishment" that would make sure that things wouldn't get too far off track.&nbsp; The old establishment who had at their core a lot of responsible business leaders.&nbsp;&nbsp; See it in climate, but also debt and deficit debate.&nbsp;</p>
