Art as a little

After looking in the art and poetry section and attempting to see what it's like to have a little take control and draw something. What does it feel like to you? Do you decide to let your little express themselves and the next thing you know a drawing appears? or do you watch yourself draw these images?

I have had the odd feeling that my little (who to this point had been silent) really wanted to draw my SO a picture, so I gave it a try while having no idea how. For me it was a weird sensation like my hand was moving on its own, but I was also tracing from my mind the image my little wanted to draw. I also was dissociating pretty bad to the point I couldn't focus on my paper and my vision blurred. Then before I knew it the picture was done. I am a good drawer so the lines were straight and neat, but child like at the same time. Handwriting different as well, neater actually lol. And now I have this annoying headache.

How is this for you all? Either drawings, writing stuff down, or creating things from clay etc. or simply playing or watching a movie?

Thanks for your replies!
