Increase in timeloss TW

Hello,

Lately now we encourage switching, or atleast i do and someone else does ( big yes ) I notice an increase in timeloss, or atleast, experience it as such. Now, our communication is definitely increasing and co-conscious is happening, but so does dissociative symptoms flare up, like my vision is turning away. Now, im not sure if this is actually timeloss and do experience dis-orientation aswell.
Im trying to accept the dissociation, and try to let switches more happen, as in, not being the sole ruler of the body in practice and becoming vacant. When I worry i seem to "hinder switching"so to say, or we do switch, not really able to stop it, which is not my intent. Its an more sliding, in an becoming vacant way, to the background. I notice atleast more gaps, and am not sure if this is actually an geting aware of the possible timeloss, an total lack of recollection, with here and there some vague hints, as well as an doubting of memory. Its an bit unsettling.

It is said i have to be open by our possible gatekeeper, which honestly shocked me, while i somewhat "knew it" but had to practice. It does concern me to an extent as i seem to get less aware of the days in general, and what is passing. Like, did i smoke an cigarette an minute ago, or not for example? Did we sleep? Did we eat? Apparently we do switch or atleast, im getting more aware of switching to an extent, atleast...my memory is hazy, short spanned.
:? :|

Now, i feel an bit obvious with asking if this is "normal" as there is no "normal"in DID and every system is somewhat different..
Did others experience this when getting co-conscious and encouraging switching? Perhaps stuff needs to break down before it can build up, an system re-organization perhaps? an shift or something. The name John keeps being echoed aswell.
