Creating new alters?

I was wondering if their is anyone who has successfully gone through integration only to find out that living life as a 'whole' person was more than you can handle. I successfully integrated all 22 of my alters around December of last year(After being in therapy for awhile.) Since then I have seemed to experience one crisis after another for the past 9 months. Unable to dissociate or rely on my alters to take care of me. My life is finally starting to calm down and I feel happy again. However, I feel myself switching/dissociating/hearing different names in my head like when I had alters. Is it possible that I am starting to split off again? Does anyone have any ideas about what is going on? Has anyone experienced this themselves? I know integration is a very touchy/sensitive subject for many alters. . .However, I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks :D</p>
