Dizzy limbs?!

I know I haven't been here for a year or so, for some personal reasons, because I was really badly triggered by a couple of things here, but mostly it can be put down to denial in one form or another. But my problems aside, for the time being, I just wonder if other people here get feel dissociation and distinct dizziness in the limbs? Like you can't tell where they are and they're numb but they feel out of control and well, dizzy/disoriented - even though limbs don't have the ability to feel disorientation.

I think for me it's on the same spectrum as loosing the forward ground - my movement becomes limited and my joints feel like they're seizing up - like I can't move them properly or enough. Then at the same time, this disorientation hits me, in my head yes but more strongly in my fingers/hands/arms/feet. This can happen really quickly (especially if it takes me by surprise) in a few minutes or less, or can be incredibly drawn out, taking half and hour or so until I phase out entirely, sleep or more rarely somehow manage to recover. It almost feels like the affected body parts are in a different dimension or an alternate universe.

It's all too easy for me to say "Ahh, that's dissociative, it feels like someone's trying to move my fingers so therefore it must be", so I'm asking around here to see if anyone else has experienced it - as it's certainly not "normal" to any non-dissociatives, my T/social worker.

Thanks in advance.
Me.
