Something is coming.

This entire topic could be triggering for some people, as a fair warning.

I can feel something coming. I've never felt this before. Something is definitely coming, something huge and heavy. I feel like my blood is burning, I don't know how else to describe it. I thought a panic attack might be starting. I haven't had one in years and don't quite remember what they are like. But I think it's different. It's not escalating the way a panic attack does. It's just coming. I feel like my entire system is bracing itself. It's so quiet but so tense. I feel the way I do when I've had a ton of caffeine, but I've had less today than I normally do. I can't name this emotion. All I can feel is that something is coming. I'm trying to get an earlier next appointment with the therapist. I know I just saw her yesterday, but I don't know if I can hold this off for a week. I don't even know what it is. I don't understand what is happening right now. I feel like we are opening a door that we haven't opened before. Like we are getting ready to consider something that was never considered before. But I don't understand why it's not just popping. It feels like it's on its way. Is travel in the mind even possible, does something really have to make a journey. Has anyone felt this way before? Maybe I really am just having a panic attack, just a weird, slow panic attack. I checked the mirror, it is often a strong indicator of whether or not I am disassociating at all. I can definitely see her staring back at me, it isn't me. But I can't read her. This feels so crazy.

Edit: I can't focus on anything. I'm trying to read a gaming forum I frequent but I can't focus on the words in the posts. I can barely write this comment. I'm not getting headaches or tunnel vision or anything. This isn't like a panic attack. I can't figure out what this is. I was just trying to think about my childhood (again, maybe I need to stop that) and. I don't even know. I got a piece back. Just one memory, it's just one memory and it's not even that bad or anything. But it's like I just touched something I should not have touched.
