Learning problems/too much fog

I've been preparing to take a license exam for over a month. Some days go well some not. The past week I became overwhelmed with a variety of things making it impossible to study and so dissociated that I canceled my exam which was supposed to be next week :(
Well into this project, I noticed that one alter in particular took it upon herself to make sure we don't fail the test..usually I'm functioning coconsciously and as a team. When this alt is out studying, the others are getting pushed out of the way...the pressure of this is getting to be too much...teamwork is out the window and I'm not remembering what I even study or know already. I feel like I have to learn things multiple times. Matter of fact I don't know if I will be able to recall anything. I'm not sure how to increase my functioning to learn or remember material. Maybe I know enough already but the info is not always retrievable. This is frustrating beyond words. It's like my brain is broken... In the past I have functioned well and I already have an advanced degree earned when I didn't even know I had did...it's like things are a lot harder now that I'm aware of my did :(
Anyone have any ideas to help me get through this?</p>
