This video came up first on youtube. Autumn Asphodel describes her personalities. I feel this is an important video to watch because it gives me a good visual. It's like a map, so to speak.</p>

This video was difficult to watch. Besides the "personalities" going on and on, it seemed like it was somewhat contrived. Everything I've read about DID seemed to indicate that someone with the disorder couldn't just switch on command like the woman in this video did. It is was interesting to watch but a little difficult to understand.</p>
