Communication dips

Does anyone experience occasional "communication dips"? As if suddenly forgetting how to communicate?
Our guess is it has to do with ( partial) denial, but were not sure.
We also haven't found topics on this site about what is happening to me/our system.

It seems to go fairly well. Trying to remain open and not jumping to quick to conclusions. just mere observing and staying calm, communicating with intent and it seems to effective. Lots of switchyness. It also seems , attempts to communicate and reach out. When one of us ( or more then 1?) is in the body, communication seems more easy going/more natural for us. sudden realizations. Also breakthrough experiences as if people on "the other side of the wall"try to break through. Not sure if it is general denial, if im taking up to much headspace, or someone else is in denial. we hear voices when talking about denial, as if it is on the tip of our tongue.

What I/we experience is the occasinal brainfog and amnesia, alongside with an stream of denial. last couple of days we had instances of pretty horrid denial, which I( not so sure it was me now ) experienced as triggerwarning suffocating end trigger warning
Its as if I/we suddenly forget and have no acces to communication, no matter how hard I/we try.

Our guess is it will pass aswell as our communication will increase, and general awareness will expand/if I/we get the hang of it.
Right now were dealing still with bits of denial but I/we try to stay calm.

Does anyone else has similar experiences with this?
