How to Assign a Thought Type to Multiple Thoughts Simultaneously

Assign the same type to all the children of the same parent:

• Make the parent thought of the children active
• In the top menu, select: Edit > Select Related Thoughts
• Check child thoughts 1-click away > UNcheck active thought > Click OK
• In the selection box that appears, right click > Set Selection Thought Type

Assign the same type to select children of one (or multiple) parents:

• Make the parent thought of the desired children active
• CTRL + Click to select each of the thoughts that need the same type
• If necessary, repeat to select children from other (different) parents
• After you have selected all the desired children, right click in the selection box > Set Selection Thought Type
