Restore Changed Notes

The .bak.ignore files are normal. TheBrain creates a backup of a note every time there's a significant change, and stores them in the thought folder alongside the current _{[Notes.md](http://notes.md/)}_ .

They're safe to leave in place; they're what you'd use to recover an earlier version, if you ever needed to.
