Cannot Delete Thought Icon

Issue

• Thought icon has been assigned to a thought type.
• Thought type has been assigned to a new thought.
• Cannot delete icon from new thought to which this thought type and icon have been assigned.

Reminder

This is how inheritance from types work.

• When there is nothing assigned you get the value from the type.
• You can override the icon inherited from the type, but you cannot delete it.

The same principle applies to labels and colors.
