Provide 1-Way Links in Web Client

One-way links are currently available in TB desktop, but this controlled display functionality is not yet (and, to my knowledge, never has been) available in the web client.

Being able to control the display of links in the web client (thereby selectively hiding thoughts that are also hidden in the desktop) would be a HUGE step in reducing congestion in the plex, improving navigation and increasing ease of use for our web client visitors.
