A student asks how to pose a question onstage. Eddie answers: You must have the question first. The body cannot pretend to be curious. A question is not a gesture. It is a state you are living through.

The process is not question → find the correct answer → illustrate the answer. It is: question → attention → image → association → bodily response → performance material.

The performer enters knowing why they are there, but not what they must prove. Therefore a question is not a message; it is a generative condition.
