DAY II — YES, REBAPTIZING & FOUR ELEMENTS
DAY II — YES, REBAPTIZING AND FOUR ELEMENTS
DAILY CONDITIONS
The group agreed to enter practices through pleasure, curiosity, play, respect for individual processes and confidentiality concerning what occurred in the room.
REBAPTIZING THE OBJECT
A disposable coffee cup was placed in the centre. Participants proposed new names, repeated names heard from others, combined and modified words, and moved gradually toward collective agreement.
The group arrived at:
“MORNING KISS CRISIS.”
The process reopened language around a familiar object.
POSITIVE REFRAMING
The Karpman Drama Triangle was reframed as:
BULLY → CHALLENGER
SEDUCER → COACH
VICTIM → CREATOR.
YES / NO QUESTIONS
In pairs, participants asked questions for a limited duration. Answers had to remain YES or NO. Optional witnesses observed themselves observing.
PROJECTING / INTROJECTING
Two modes of relation to an object were introduced: projecting meaning onto the object and introjecting or identifying with it.
FOUR ELEMENTS DANCE
Movement was explored through WATER — fluidity; FIRE — shaking and manifestation; EARTH — grounding, stomping and slapping; AIR — another form of fluidity.
The aim was to search for pleasure rather than manufacture happiness.
Music was also treated as an object.
