• Start throwing things out each day, everyday, starting two months in advance of the move
• 짐싸 app: cleaner, movers
• If you can help mover, go with budget mover… Just be prepared
• Gas, electricity, water = paid on the day of move

1. Deposit & rent at 효창: Sign the lease and pay partial deposit --> 2 mil paid -- need to pay the rest of deposit (18mil) and rent on Jan 25th, 2025!
2. Realtor & listing: Tell the realtor that we’re going to be moving out --> Told her, now she’s going to put up an ad to look for a tenant --> She put up the listing on 다방 - tell her that the fridge and washer will be left back --> Need to ask if tenant will want washer & fridge --> tenant wants both washer and fridge
3. Ikea couch: Cancelled the IKEA employee, asked the movers to disassemble / assemble
4. Landlord: Tell landlord you're moving? --> Tell landlord we’re moving out on 22nd so we will need the deposit & rent back THAT DAY
5. Gas inspection: Have gas line inspected at 효창
6. AC: Ask where else we can install an AC (master bedroom?)
7. Mover
   1. 짐싸 포장이사 --> Got a quote for 750,000, Jan 22nd CONFIRMED

8. Bug screen: Check bug screens --> Have a lot of work to do...
9. Cleaner: Reserve a cleaner (need to clean windows, stove & oven, fridge) --> Reserved a cleaner for the 18th! (for 300,000)
10. Declare address change at the 동 office (after the move)
    1. If moving day is Sat --> declare address change next Mon
11. Change addresses & pay on moving day for…
    1. Gas → Check the gauge ( ~ 6835) on the moving date & call 1544-3131
    2. Electricity → Check the gauge (24190110847) on the moving date & call 123 to report the usage
    3. Water --> Check gauge that ends with ~7970 & call 02-3146-2000 (or 120) to report usage AND cancel email bill (for 이태원 address) --> The cat lady says it’s the THIRD ONE (from the one closest to the door)

12. Stove: Stove gas light won't turn on --> The stove needs to be connected electrically
