“We're launching 10 coding evals, and we need to do the following:

1. Push all projects to calibration/evaluation mode
2. Create discourse pages for all 10 evals + update with a brief intro
   1. remove "everyone" and add "moderators" + "admins" + "workspace admins"
3. Add each relevant group to the proper project
   1. Do NOT!!! promote to production. It's a calibration, they need to stay unpromoted
4. Send out comms to each of the 10 groups telling them they have been added with the following info:
   1. Project link
   2. Project discourse
   3. telling them to complete 2 evaluation data rows
5. From there, monitor the discourse pages.” --- Alyssa
