• Reworking data rows that are in consensus mode can be tough, and requires highly coordinated efforts that’s surgical
  • It also requires a lot of effective communications between PMs & Lead PCs, and PCs.

• Scouted for talent in various language groups

• Establishing comms with PM to update project progress
• Establishing & maintain comms with lead PCs (Kevin L) to monitor project progress & take appropriate measures.

• Identified labelers’ & reviewers’ pain points through communications on Discourse
  • Relaying pain points to PCs and coordinating efforts to take actions to alleviate them
• Coordinated with PM & Lead PC & fellow PCs to aid in a surgical re-labeling effort of consensus data rows
• Constantly monitor respective language’s project progress in light of deadline date
  • Interject and take measures (e.g. enlist additional reviewers) to boost reviewing process speed in order to meet project deadlines
