• Koala finalised the agreement with TUI
• TUI wants to review our Flex contract
• Reinsurance agreement with Hannover Re - RO - 50%
• Munich Re to review submission and reply
• Send original policy to Munich - CPA
• PO to make sure the monitoring is in place
• Quarterly monitoring call to be in place - PO
• Finalising reinsurance agreement with MRe
• Term Sheet signed for TUI/Flex product
• Assess if more reinsurance is needed (more than HRe)
