4. Relationships -- from the Emanual
USING RELATIONSHIPS IN FILL-INS/QUESTIONAIRES:
- Relationships are not capitalized: for your auntie Jollie
- Always ask the caller for their relationship to whom we are praying for. Example when speaking with caller: “How are you related to Josie?”
- Using a relationship instead of a name is alright to do. Example: for your sister
- Using either names or a relationship and a name in a fill-in is alright to do. Example: for you, Josie, and your mother or you could select the pre-coded fill-in
- Relationships: all relationships, whether used in a Fill-in, Questionnaire, or in the Note Field - should come from the standpoint of the relationship to the caller.
