4. Special Postscripts

We have a few postscripts specific for special occasions. Associates should request these when appropriate by sending a note to #TPM. The QAer will add the special P.S.

The P.S. will always be found at the bottom of the letter

NOTE: We do not add a 2nd P.S. to any letter for any reason.

Anniversaries = Please go to the Postscript Field, and using the drop-down menu go to and click on "PS-E-Annivers". When you go to look at the letter, a new questionnaire will pop up with 2 questions to be answered – you must fill them in.

BIRTHDAY BLESSING = Please use postscript PS-E-BDAY. Anytime an Associate makes a note about a caller's Birthday, or there is concern because caller wanted a BDAY letter but there are other prayer needs as well, we send the letter that best suits the prayer requests and then add the BDAY P.S.

PRAYER FOR PROTECTION = Please use postscript PS-E-WEB-SU-PTCN
