2. Specific Prayer Codes

These codes may be used alone, with a Basic, or with another Specific Prayer Category.

*NOTE*: Anytime we send a two paragraph letter, we do not use the same fill-in for both paragraphs.

CODES NOT LISTED BELOW MAY NOT BE USED AS A SECOND PRAYER CODE IN TWO-PARAGRAPH LETTERS.

AHEA – Animal Healing; Y, O

AKVR--Animal Coverall; Y, O

BRTH – Birth; Y only

Always goes in the 1st prayer need field, unless used with LVCF. This is self's acknowledgment of a BRTH, use for immediate family. CANNOT BE SENT AS A COPY - OUT LETTER.

CHEA – Child Healing; O or Z (age 13 and under)

CKVR – Child Coverall; O only (age 13 and under)

CHLV-- Child Love & Comfort

Always goes in the 1st prayer need field.

If LVCF prayers arecomma requested as well CHLV, just use LVCF.

If the 2nd prayer need field is HEAL combine both to HEAL Z

Anytime the CHLV is regarding an infant (age:0-1), at childbirth, stillbirth, crib death (SIDS), etc--WE DO NOT SEND CHLV OR THE CHILD TRAVELER. We send INNP instead.

DELV – Delivery

WE DO NOT SEND A LETTER; inform caller we will be waiting for a good report; if a letter is requested, send INNP.

GDRP – Good Report

(goes in 1st prayer need field, unless used with LVCF)

GDRP O and Z are generic letters and no fill-in is available.

If the caller requests name in letter. Put a Note to QA, with explanation, and send to #TPM.

GRCP – Good Report Continued Prayer

This goes in the 1st prayer need field, unless used with LVCF.

*NOTE*: GDRP & GRCP cannot be combined.

LVCF– Love & Comfort

(always goes in the 1st prayer need field).

LVCF is for individuals who are close to the caller, otherwise, use INNP.

If the Passing of a Celebrity/Well-known individual and info was released thru the media, then we pray and send INNP. Unless, the caller is a member of the family or had a personal relationship with the deceased.

You can only add INNP as the 2nd prayer need if the circumstances are traumatic.

LVCF is for ‘recent’ passing; if it’s been longer than 2 months, use INNP.

MTRN—Maternity—are only for the mother-to-be.

The MTRN letter already includes the unborn child the mother carries.

Prayers for mother-to-be, but the needs are HEAL related, use HEAL instead of MTRN.

DO NOT add the unborn child, or father-to-be, in the fill-in. Even if requested.

PASS O–

Peaceful passing – this is for people the caller has a personal relationship with.

If the person passing is UNRELATED to the caller, we leave the Prayer Need Field blank and put a Note to QA, with explanation in the note field and send to #TPM.

PASS--Always goes in the 2nd prayer need field in a 2 paragraph letter.

For Y or Z letters enter a Note to QA in note field, with explanation, and send to #TPM.

*NOTE*: PASS letters may not be sent in a COPY OUT, use INNP instead.
