Lockheed A-12 (OXCART)
The Lockheed A-12 flew 20,000 feet higher and four times faster than the previous CIA U-2 program. The project was called OXCART and is considered one of the key milestones in aviation history.
These individuals were part of a top secret joint US Air Force/CIA program to replace the Lockheed U-2 spy plane.
