Sparx Enterprise Architect -- despite the name, this is really a UML tool up-front and below the covers -- although some editions including options for ArchiMate, BPMN, SysML, etc. etc. it is all really implemented via UML elements, stereotypes, and workflows. It is less than ideal for EA modelling but is very well suited to UML modelling, which is essentially the de facto standard for Solution Architecture
There are various editions, including a database repository edition for collaboration as well as a Sparx-hosted Pro Cloud Server option
They also offer a Prolaborate service which acts as a portal to your repositories for visualization, access, reportings, etc.
There is also a new SaaS option called Trerado which incorporates C4 with cloud-based Sparx repositories
Visual Paradigm: less common in North America, but offers less complicated but still feature complete tooling which has a reputation for staying current with evolving standards
LucidChart, PlantUML, Mermaid... - these are more diagramming tools than modelling tools... but can work in a pinch
