OBJECTIVES
The Process we are Training For
I am going to send loose ideas.
I need a collaborative idea tree to fit them into. This will develop as the ideas are entered.
They will be linked in three ways:
- Relationship.
- Tags
- Note Type
- Labels

Deliverable I Need
I need a finished Brain that contains the end result structure of all my loose ideas that I can simply draft out of.
Overall Strategy
The basic idea will be to enter ideas on an evolving idea map based on the existing chapter structure. I am flexible to moving whole topics from one chapter to another.
There are so many ramifications and correlations to each idea because the mess these teachers has created is like spaghetti. So many ideas could have different placements all equally sensible.
So we need to develop a way to pick where to put a main idea and where to show connections to it in other places.
How the Three Types of Links Enable This:
- It allows viewing the connections thoroughly.
- For example, clicking on a tag reveals everything connected to that tag. I can then go back to the idea view on any one of those notes.
- This is extremely powerful because we can even create links and parent/child relationships between tags. So I can go to another tag from there and view those notes.
The Basic Strategy
Create the ideas and identify every possible connection at evey level or tier. A subidea of one major topic may also tie into the subidea content of another structure.
After entering all ideas and establishing all links, reach decisions about which link(s) to ultimately use as an appearance of that idea.
Remove the other potential (now rejected) links, leaving a holistic organization map.
I will then complete / augment my draft after that map.
Remember: Because I have the endnotes tool for deepening discussion, I can link large ideas where they don't fit in the text but still keep that location for those who want to dig deeper. We might want to include an 'Endnote' tag.
