MAP’s First Brick Is Using a Schema Workbench That Processes Stories
Hi, I'm Marc-Antoine Parent, founder of Conversence. We're rethinking organizational learning.
Imagine having to deal with a new case where nobody has codified best practices. Past reports are cryptic, so you improvise; but when audited, you can't justify your decisions.
We're building a workbench to build a rulebook matching case patterns to best practices. Rules can be discussed and iterated on by the team, and can justify decisions to auditors; AI won't take decisions directly, but help grow the rulebook, comparing proposed rules to past history, and identifying key factors.
Unlike traditional one-shot process capture offerings, our approach enables lightweight continuous learning.
Our workbench relies on unique work on knowledge representation tuned for progressive formalization of stories into schemas, which we presented recently.
