Essential Touch Gestures

• Undo/Redo: Tap with two fingers to undo and three fingers to redo.
  • Tip: Hold down with two or three fingers to perform rapid undo/redo.
• Canvas Navigation: Use two fingers to pinch for zooming or twist to rotate the canvas.
• Quick Pinch to Fit: A fast pinching motion instantly fits your entire canvas to the screen.
• Copy/Paste Menu: Swipe down with three fingers to bring up a menu for cut, copy, and paste.
• Full Screen Mode: Tap with four fingers to hide all toolbars. Tap again to bring them back.
• Clear Layer: Use three fingers to "scrub" (wiggle back and forth) to clear the active layer instantly.

Advanced Tool Shortcuts

• Eyedropper: Press and hold a single finger anywhere on the canvas to pick a color.
• QuickShape: Draw any shape and hold your pencil down at the end; Procreate will "snap" it into a perfect line or geometric shape.
• Same Brush Eraser: Tap and hold the Eraser or Smudge tool to automatically switch it to your currently selected brush.
• Quick Swap Color: Tap and hold the color circle in the top right to switch between your current and previous color.

Customizable Shortcuts & QuickMenu

You can customize nearly every gesture by going to Actions (Wrench icon) > Prefs > Gesture Controls.
