Aim: Assisting Cooperation Santa Barbara (CSB) in its implementation of sociocracy

Objective: To test if a team of SOLT participants can be useful in an early stage sociocracy adoption.

Background: One of our SoLT 17 participants, Marcelino Sepulvedo, has been asked to help CSB in its meetings.

Products/Key Results:

  1. A plan for the adoption and implementation of sociocracy by CSB
  2. A proposed organizational design including aims and domains of circles for CSB.
  3. A plan for training current and future CSB members in sociocracy.
  4. A 10-15 minute presentation about this work at the last session of SoLT 17
