Sample General Circle Meeting

Circle A

Anne-Lina and Marie Soderburg

Circle B

Dayna Barnes and Deb Cooper

At first meeting group has to consent to group

Dayna Delegate Circle B - Work going well, 14 more months, group feels pressure, missed 1 meeting and fell behind, looking for something to do, a lot to do in a short amount of time.

Deb, made plan for meeting and next 3 meetings

Marie S. Delegate Working well, very efficient, good facilitator and secretary, more focused on task than learning, looking to really get the chance to understand.

Anne-Lina good to be part of task and way they came around the task, now is time to get into the meat of if, can smell flowers and enjoy the ride, what is it like to use sociocracy for the people that they are contacting, harvest information and present in spreadsheet. People work differently towards same task and working towards same aim.

SoFA

Circle A -

Marie S. - Few in sheet filled out, should they contact and verify information? no, they are not the priority

Anne-Lina - Asked about level of impimentaion of sociocracy, Level 1 - 6? How can it be more specific? It can be more specific and broke to parts. Maybe the group makes the questions?

Deb Cooper - Nothing to add, agenda to be presented today ought to give clarity on task

Deb - Realize should have checked in with Dayna to be on same page

Jerry - Good questions

Marie - Unclear on delegate role
