Experiments with The Ready

I am the Finance Steward at The Ready; a future of work consultancy. We are currently carrying out a new experiment around resource allocation that could eventually serve as a "budgeting" tool for our company. I'd like to talk about what was happening at The Ready that led to this proposed experiment, the explicit trade offs that were made in the process, and what we're noticing.
