Emails

A user is given 100 GB of a mailbox. We don’t allow an increase in the mailbox size, but we can enact an auto-archive for the user that will automatically backup any email older than a year to a separate mailbox/online archive. This archive can be accessible both on the web outlook and on an outlook client. Going forward, let’s make sure we advise this to the user instead of letting them know we can increase their mailbox size. What’s more important is that this archive setup is only a band-aid. they should still be instructed to clean up their emails
