Mac Uninstall

Option 1: Option 1: Use a File Browser to Uninstall the Client

NOTE: This option will not work with Sierra OS. If you have Sierra, use the command prompt option to remove the client.

1. Browse to /opt/PrinterInstallerClient/bin.
2. Double-click PrinterInstallerClientUninstall.app.

Option 2: Option 2: Use a Command Prompt to Uninstall the Client

Open a command prompt and run the following command:

sudo /opt/PrinterInstallerClient/bin/./uninstall.sh

Linux Uninstall

Open a terminal and run the following command:

sudo /opt/PrinterInstallerClient/bin/./uninstall.sh

Windows Uninstall

1. Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
2. Select Printer Installer Client.
3. Click Uninstall.
4. The PrinterInstallerClient.exe and PrinterInstallerClientInterface.exe processes may continue to run until PrinterInstallerClient.exe can process the shutdown command, which can take several minutes. To force the shutdown of the processes, you can call the following command from a command prompt or with a batch file after the uninstall.

Taskkill /F /IM PrinterInstaller*
