Jamf Issues

• login with atieva using the LAPS password
• open terminal
• run this command sudo /usr/local/bin/authchanger -reset -JamfConnect
• open user and groups and delete user account
• Delete the home folder if a new hire else do nothing
• logout and confirm lucid login window
• LPS is found in Extension attributes``
• sudo /usr/local/bin/authchanger -reset -jamfconnect
• Sudo profiles renew -type enrollment
• We will have to reset the password laptop verified that the user does have an account in it. Hold the power button until the settings options show up reset all passwords
• if you have a user with no Microsoft screen confirm the following
• Jamf Connect is installed in the Applications Folder
  1. If not installed run 'sudo jamf policy -event JamfConnect' in terminal
  2. If Installed go run 'sudo /usr/local/bin/authchanger -reset -JamfConnect' in terminal

• Log out of the computer and see the updated login window

1. Remove MDM from System Pref/Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles
2. Run this command in terminal: ‘sudo profiles renew -type enrollment’
3. Go to Jamf PRO and go to user’s asset #(33395)
   1. Users and Locations
   2. Add user’s account

4. Go to Management tab and clear (cancel) any failed commands
5. Run this command in terminal: ‘sudo jamf recon’
