Prob. wrote the papers I've got;

anti-Jewish pogroms in Russia in 1881.
 
sharp critic of the Czarist regime.
 
In 1912 he wrote a supplement named Darkest Russia
 
In 1893  Wolf ws one of the founders and the 1st president of the Jewish Historical Society of England.
 
he was regarded as Public enemy Number one of the Tasrist Govt in England.
